I reinstalled for a long time but I only can see the black screen

I had played this game a year ago and deleted it at that time.
And now I want to play this game again, but it's seen as a black screen only after a game launch screen was shown for a bit.
I think the game is not completely stopped because I still can hear the sounds of game.
