Every time I click on kollection it crashes it’s been happening since it came out, it still refuses to work. I’ve uninstalled my app and still nothing. My show your style also keeps glitching, I also never got my reward for one of the challenge weekends that I finished. Like we spend too much money on this app for it to be glitching the way it does.
I was able to open it, and I gave it a try bc I was curious, got one of the prices that just had the vip and kstar logo, I received nothing, just lost 20 kstars. I already sent a ticket to customer care, they said they would look into it. I'll let you guys know what they said when I hear back from them✨
