For like a month I have been having these 'phantom' notifications from CC. Every time I open the game it shows me that I have a notification from CC but when I open it up nothing comes up and I just have my previous ticket there, closed. It's starting to annoy me a lot tbh 😐 Does anyone have the same problem?
I'll send in a mote about this. I have been getting these phantom messages too. Just ignore them till we find out what's up.

I managed to get almost all of the holiday box items but keep missing the eyes I want. I would have finally picked them if I picked the tile I was going to first.
Re: The Phantom Customer Care messages, this issue is with Helpshift, and will hopefully resolved soon. It’s affecting other games as well, not just our game. Sorry for the inconvenience

@eggsandbananas could you ask if they could give us the option to receive male or female items in the mega boxes? Losing Diamond box outfits, storyline outfits, and sys earnables is sad enough without getting male items over and over in the mega boxes 😞 i know some dolls have been lucky but I’ve barely gotten any female items and I’ve quite a few and definitely don’t have all the female items…..and I use to look forward to the weekends in kkh but Glu has taken away every aspect that made the game fun and the mega boxes are nice but since duets seem to be gone there’s no point winning stuff for our partners so just would be a nice option to decide what we want…

Plus I have a weekly task to buy the outfit from the weekly episodes, but there isn't one.
SYS got ruined by tiers, suspicious scoring algorithm, flood of tickets, there's really nothing left to play for.
