HELPPP i didn’t recive anything from the last sys event and i was on the first place.. usually even if a new sys event starts i would receive everything automatically but this time i didn’t recive anything even before the new one started. so i immediately texted customer service but no one replied yet.. did. this or anything similar happen to any of you before? i spend almost all my tickets to stay on the first place😭

It’s the weekend so they might be slower replying but they sorted it out for me yesterday so just wait u should be ok

So happy, I picked the surfboard. Forgot to get a screenshot of the final palette, but it only had 2 prizes, the rest of the boxes were dyes. Got lucky!
