Yep happened to me too. I can’t stay up that late either to wait for it to finish
Send a ticket to customer Care. Explain what happened and see if they can help reclaim the Prizes. Sorry this happened. Good luck.

Ugh me too! I restarted the app and tried restore purchases (long shot, I know) but still have nothing. I sent a ticket to customer care but I’m thinking since the new SYS has already started they won’t be able to do anything.

They haven’t responded to me yet 😅 I submitted a bunch of extra tickets too to get the boxes
I'm also having to reach out to customer support since once Dream Wedding Sys ended and I wasn't awarded any prizes or even know how I did. I've closed and opened the app a few times too. Normally I click on my squad to see what place I made, and now that info is missing from almost all members of my squad.
