Hi, i purchased a diamond item from one of my squad members lookbook. It says that i have purchased it from her and also has taken my diamonds, but i have not received my item in my inventory. Ive tried turning on/off my wifi and restarting my phone and nothing has worked. I have contacted support but they have not reached out to me yet. Im really worried im not going to be receiving it at all. Ive made an in-game purchase for diamonds specifically for this item and im disappointed that i have not received it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    I purchased the hair and it doesn’t say owned like it does when i buy other items.
