Eggsandbannas or Kokokonut

I was told to ask for either of your help. I reached out to glu asking why I no longer could click on pet points or kollection boxes when I restarted my game. They are just not even on the screen anymore. They responded and said I hacked my game because I had such high k stars so my account is now flagged. When I restarted the game for fun, it prompted me with a screen saying all of my purchased currency was restored so I restarted the game with like three years of kstars that i had earned from completing shopping ads (12,000ish). I have never hacked my game and don’t even know how to do that. Also why would I reach out to glu if I did?!
