Glitch with new game/stuck at lvl 5

Hi, I decided to restart my game and I got to the point where I’m in Maria’s office with Simon and can’t get out of there. The door is locked. My game is stuck there and I tried restarting 3 times so far. This never happened to me before. How do I fix this please? Can someone tag the moderator, Kalinda or someone? I don’t know their tags. It’s so frustrating and need help. I tried reinstalling the game, nothing works

it's about march 2023 and i have the same problem. I'm stuck at lvl 5, in maria's office. I'm using android on samsung tab s6 lite.
