    Hi! I sent a ticket to customer care, however they never replied. Kind of disappointing cause I love opening the boxes :(

    @livfox same thing happened to me last night. Have you had a reply yet? I don’t want to open anymore boxes until I get a reply.

    Yes. They do take a couple of days for what’s considered non urgent requests. Is this about the Turquoise jeans @Livfox? If you don’t hear back by Friday I will ask for help. Send me a dm Thursday night or Friday morning. Sorry this happened.

    Hi, she replied back the next day and the service was excellent! She sent 3 (I think) free boxes to compensate :)
