    I believe they were supposed to be released with the 12.6 update (December 2021) but then they decided not to release them....now they've pretty much released all the previously unreleased items.....

    I think Noel888 is right. The lips seem to be the ones on the Ice Queen Czarina below. The facial makeup/wrinkles and white hair are also in the mega boxes.
