Lost game, no UID.

TLDR: My phone broke, I had my game backed up to Facebook but the restore just isn’t working. I click “login to Facebook” and nothing happens. I don’t have my user ID saved. Is there anyway I can get my game back or am I totally screwed?

    I can provide the Facebook account linked to the account, I can name the doll, and I have the squad code to help customer service find the specific doll, btw.

    My game has a white screen, I uninstall the few times (due to white screen) my game backed up to Facebook but the restore isn't working. i tried many time the login to Facebook and still not working. I don't have a my user ID but I have a screen some of my outfits ( I hope it helps). Is there any way to restore my account? Thnx in advance
