Show Your Style Gift Box Rewards Not Containing Gender-Tailored Rewards

I’m a male playing KKH for about 7 years now and since they changed the SYS a few years ago, all I ever get in the reward milestone boxes are female clothes which will never go into my clothing inventory. So it’s like I pretty much won nothing for getting style points.
Is there anything KKH is doing to address this? This wasn’t a problem a few years ago because the rewards were always dependent on whether your character is male or female.
