    I was checking the blue dyes on one dress to do a look based on one of the dresses from the movie/fairytale Peau d'ane, and it made me realize that I wish we had a cool toned sky blue dye. The turquoise leans towards green so it doesn't fit the color I want.

    Is anyone able to get diamonds or kstars? When I go to the offers page, and I try to get the diamonds, I don’t receive them, 2 other players are having the same problem.

    @KkhAngelica I was able to watch & collect on my 10 videos today. I haven’t tried diamonds tho.

    @giselleg you will need to send a request to KKH customer support to correct the problem. Screenshot all 13 submissions to show what your total score should have been and ask kkh support to fix your correct rankings and prizes. Here’s how to access support:

    1 click the 3 lines in the top left corner of your screen 
    2 click help & support 
    3 copy your kkh id
    4 click customer care
    5 click the speech bubble in the top right corner and type your message & include you kkh id
    6 attach your screenshots with your scores and the pictures you posted above with your wrong ranking
