kkh game crashing

so my game was working perfectly fine this morning, now i am no longer getting notifications and i can no longer open the app at all because it keeps crashing.. however i downloaded the app on my other ios device and it worked perfectly fine, so i imported my save file and im an E lister now instead of B lister.. and all my clothes are gone. i also updated my phone to ios 16 and it still crashes so i don’t know what the problem is please help
