Calling out the lobby jumpers doesn't always work. Had an experience recently where three members of the same team were all lobby jumping. When I called them out, I just got verbally abused by all three - nobody else said word one. Not fun.

All 0.000 RT's are not due to hacks. I installed Blue stacks on my desktop computer and run RR off of that with a second account. Because of the keyboard, I've had two 0.000 RT's playing RR through Blue Stacks. Just an FYI

@TheFastKidxXx60 - you'd have to run some pretty sophisticated statistics to figure out how much each component contributes to the overall rating, which almost certainly can not be done on a spreadsheet like Excell

This really is an easy fix. Create a "Friend Open Lobby" so people can race or trade with friends, but then restrict the other lobbies so there is NO WAY to get into those lobbies unless your car falls within that lobby's range.

I generally don't do pinks races because I don't believe I'll get a fair race. Been spin glitched twice and lost cars.

If you close the game, turn off your machine, then start it up again they will finish installing. I've had the same problem, and this works well.
