Agree - there definitely needs to be more prizes. And it’s not just free players that are going to waste excess points, so they can’t use the fact that the all access pass gives more prizes and therefore takes more time. I know that paid players will also accumulate points that they won’t be able to use.

You lose them which absolutely sucks. I’m a free player and once I claimed all the prizes, the all access pass popped up to encourage me to buy it and not lose my points. I’d like to see them off some kind of claim system so our points don’t go to waste - I know they want us to buy the all access pass, but not all of us…

Yeah that’s a good idea :) I’m now up to 475 wasted points :( I get that they don’t care who can or can’t afford an all access pass, and that at the end of the day it’s a business and wants to make money, but there are A LOT of free players still, and I really hope they start listening to us

Really disappointed with this new feature - I have been looking forward to the Halloween update and now just feel really let down. Doesn’t matter how many of us dislike this feature, or how many of us complain, it’s very clear that they only care about money and don’t care about what the players think.

So against my better judgement, I decided to try for a few pieces from the diamond box and considering I only have 5 items of clothing from the selection and there are still another 11 items, I am so disappointed to see this palette. Not one item of clothing from the current diamond boxes!!! How is this fair at all?!

I got that email too but nothing in the closet that looks like this… the one available to purchase is different. I remember it being a storyline pop up store outfit and it did have all the bling like the one from the email, but I did think it had sleeves. Hopefully Kalinda or Koko can help us out

This literally just happened - I’m done. Every time I make it to the top 10, the NPCs smash me back out. I’m sick of doing back to back to back parties to gain 1.1 million fans each time, claw my way up and then BOOM, take a quick break and down I go. It’s not fun and I’m over it.
