Has anyone gotten any update or progress from this glitch?? Been 2 weeks and I've Submitted tickets to the game help thing and no reply, nothing, this sucks!

Good luck, I've been having this problem for two weeks, submitted 3 tickets for help and your completely stuck when you can't move forward! Hope it gets fixed soon!
