I’m disappointed that the update didn’t fix some video issues. I’m still getting energy instead of k-stars half the time, or I click watch video and nothing happens but it still removes a video from the 5 a day limit.
I’m becoming annoyed that since the update, the “watch a video for double rewards” feature when voting has not worked for me even once. I just get energy instead when I leave the SYS screen.

@KalindaKing Any chance you could tell us if you are still “looking into” the daily videos/offers issue? It’s getting hard to be patient when two updates have gone by with no fix and very little communication on if there will ever be one. Should we just give up at this point?
I’m really hoping the bug where some of us have completely lost access to daily videos and offers is fixed for this update, so we at least have some opportunity to save up for Black Friday. It’s been months now and we’ve lost out on over 200 k-stars from just the videos, which is really frustrating when the event people…
@KalindaKing Any news for the people having the video issue? It’s pretty frustrating to have gotten nothing but “we’re looking into it” when we’ve lost out on well over 100 k-stars at this point.
Not just you! I made an account to ask about this actually. I was hoping the update @KalindaKing just told us about would fix it but I downloaded it and it hasn’t changed. It’s quite frustrating! I’m on iOS.
