This happened to me a few months ago. I remember they told me that there was nothing they could do about it as well. I also won one item and received another so check and see if you ended up getting something else new. It was wasn't highlighted as new or anything, It was just added!

Anyone else have issues with the earnables? Before the update I had the dress earned and after the update it said I had the earrings earned but not the dress! Now I can't get the earrings! I am so mad! I forwarded the issue to customer service 2 days ago and they still have yet to "Resolve" the issue!

I 100% agree with you on this! It was really frustrating when I noticed the looks locked for the second doll! 😐 I like the number voting system as well. I just didn't get the heart votes?? I get not every style I make will do really well, but it was discouraging to see a couple 1 & 2's.
