@AliBryant we think we know the glitch you're seeing (and have fixed it in the next version) however, can you please PM me with a screenshot of the "Red Hot" Kollection window? We'll verify if it's caused by what we suspect.

@stirfryedshana I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but I don't think you do. As long as you are above Level 11 you should see the K-Stars offers when you login to the game anytime after the weekend event starts. If you don't see the popup for it immediately, try entering and exiting a building in the game first…

This weekend there is no Shop My Closet offer but we'll definitely have more of those in the future. We'll have some special deals on select K-Star packs popping up though, so dolls Level 11 and above be on the lookout for those and grab them if you like them! <3

With Charli's help we were able to find the source of this problem and we just released a fix for this glitch. All players on Android and Facebook should receive the fix the next time you play (no need to update, it's automatically applied to your games). iOS players were not affected, so no change there.
