I’ve said it before, sets are the worst thing that ever happened to the game. Game went from affordable to brutally expensive with that one change and the accompanying proliferation of bonus players. I used to get excited with one good pull. Now you…
I think our concerns about the feasibility of 15/25 cycles have officially been ignored. Even going back to the days of 10 cycles for the LXP reward would be a victory, especially given the autoplay costs on Monday. Argh.
I’ve always hated silver. Yes, you can level anyone, but there’s no challenge to it. And cvc, extra bases, and BGs are just brutal. And WOH is doable in the new setup, but not 15x.
Have I been wrong all this time? Convince me I need a new plan…
I think it is just a matter of setting the targets appropriately. If, as other suggested, there were smaller chunks of LXP available after every 5 cycles, up to 25, then people could be ‘glued’ to their screens for as long as they choose. By se…
That’s an intense session of WOH. I played pretty intensely and it took my platinum team 10 hours to do 15. Between meals, work and family, it was not possible to do it any faster, and I was left not wanting to ever do it again. Later in the da…
Those really are crappy skills. Double close skills are active so rarely in most modes. Although it could make Belle a really good option for all but the final rounds of WOH Levels 4 and 5.
I'm with @Toughthundercats. I was shocked that we had legends in WOH right off that the bat. Plus, X Factors seem like little more than eye candy to me. I don't "need" X Factor players to be happy.
But then again, maybe this is all just a …
15 cycles is just so many. And I cycled 31x this weekend, so it’s not a question of difficulty or my team not being good enough. It’s just a slog to get through 15 in 12 hours.
I remember thinking WOH was dumb the first time I played it (Arenado #1 with the hit, Arenado #2 on first, Arenado #3 rounds third and scores, so many Arenados!). But then over time I came to love it. So I try to be patient.
That said, the X factor…
My recommendation? Quit this site ASAP and don’t check it ever again. The more connections to the game you keep up, the sooner you’ll be back playing. Happened to me. Me quitting lasted like a day, although I have reduced spending by not playin…
Well, I knew what I was getting into, I’ve been playing for years so I know how hard it can be to pull that 1% guy. I was sitting on a gift card and a bunch of saved up gold, so I figured it was worth a shot.
I don’t drink the Glu Kool-Aid, bu…
I had a gift card and really liked the look of that Freeman, so I chased. Spent about 27k gold, then bought the $15 club gift bundle, then just bought the $20 for 20 boxes bundle. Got everyone a million times, but no Freeman or Burnes. It just …
I’m on a long stretch of not pulling the top guy, but really it just comes and goes. If you’re not someone who spends to get every guy in every box, then you just have to ride the waves.
I did 25 cycles (so much for me trying to give up the game) and was done by 8 pm on Saturday with very sporadic Saturday play (I even missed two CvCs due to family stuff). I was in a 1.1 stat boost club, so that helped, but I didn’t find Saturd…
I get that the network crashes sometimes, but I don’t understand why they have to include the message that my account has been suspended. Unless that’s just me?
I expect the prime events to continue as they always have. It is all about buying boxes, completing sets, and paying for extra energy bars. Most lucrative days of the week for Glu, until people stop spending. Which is never happening.
