I am actually beyond angry right now. So many of us have lost tickets that we have paid for and we are getting no help or compensation from Glu. I want my 28 saved tickets back and a big apology and compensation for everyone. We literally have problems like this every week with the game and it is not okay.
I am literally so angry with this situation. I had 28 tickets that I have been saving for forever. And as usual you don’t even get a response from customer support. This is beyond bad service, it’s literally unacceptable.

@KalindaKing I had 28 tickets saved (from buying triple threat an the occasional ticket pack) and now they’re ALL gone. I have contacted customer support but am not getting any reply. This is a lot of money so I really want either all my money or all my tickets back. Since customer support isn’t helping is there anything…
I’m finally back in Gold (let’s hope it stays like this when I submit another ticket) but none of my scores are counting for TS. Did anyone else have the same problem?
So happy for you guys who got moved to the right level!! But why are we all getting different responses from customer support? I submitted so many screenshots of how I ended up first in gold last SYS but the only response I got (after 10 HOURS!!) is that they will investigate.
Still no response from customer support. @KalindaKing are there any news regarding players being put in the wrong levels? Because looking at the forum and on Facebook it doesn’t seem to be resolving at all.
Surprise surprise, after placing 1st in Gold on the last SYS I am now in bronze I. Thank god I took screenshots of everything and I’m hoping support will actually fix it. But from what I see on the forum and on FB a lot of people aren’t really being helped
If you don’t like that many items I would definitely recommend you to not open any!! Halloween is coming up, and the Halloween boxes are great so I would save for those and the BF sale😊

I’m sorry but you literally said it would be a PRIZE. I understand that this is in no way Kalinda’s fault but Glu not even owning up to changing the prizes after we say we like something is just BS.
Will we get an explanation to why the body glitter is in the diamond boxes when you posted in the update thread that it would be a SYS prize? And what is happening with all the players still not being moved to the correct levels?
