5 looks in and still not in a group, but I can see that I’m assigned to a bronze I style level. I messaged glu yesterday and still nothing about putting me in a group. I had over 30 tickets saved (I buy the triple threat every week and try to save them for prizes I really want) and they are all gone! I also can’t submit anything because it says I have zero tickets with a 0:00 countdown

I lost all of my diamonds and dyes. I had HUNDREDS of dyes saved up and 45 diamonds. I have screen shots to prove the diamonds but I don’t have anything to prove the dyes. I am going to be so upset if I can’t get my dyes back platform iOS

THANK GOD. Just came in to check and it looks like it’s not just me. All my diamonds are gone and I can’t claim my prize and I’m totally stuck on this screen

@sandraliis I thought that too, but everyone else’s just says Cassio with no first name, and has black hair! I also heard from another girl who said hers is Kristoff lol!!!
