Lately, when I click on the offer to view videos to get free stars, I get a theater room saying 360 degree view and I can move the screen around. Nothing happens. I get taken out and I have yet to get any stars. I haven't been given an actual video in about a month. Just this thing. What the heck?

Hi, I'm Barb from Alberta, Canada. Have only been playing for a little while and already had to restart my game once cause of some glitch when purchasing something. Am almost back to where I was though, and still just as addicted. Love this game!
