is this the restore limit? I saw someone on FB asking about it and was curious what the limit is? I've had to restore my game 3 times and I don't want end up never being able to restore it again.
Not surprised. All the people that were locked out for a week or more were never compensated either, so I wouldn't hold my breathe. Oh and Kokonut told me that we weren't being ignored it was the weekend but they never addressed it at all or even responded.
This will be my first Black Friday, what does it entail? Is it just a sale like Kimversary or are typically unavailable items available? What’s so special about it? If it’s just stuff in the closet on sale I’m gonna be pissed.
They submitted multiple looks at the last minute. It's happened to me at least twice and both times it's the same person. It's not against the rules though, they bought tickets just like you they just used them differently than you.
Very annoyed that again we’re being ignored about the earnables and other items we missed out on over the past week. Not to mention all the tasks that we got low ratings on bc after starting them the game started crashing. At least acknowledge our concerns.

I deleted the app (after backing up my iPad) and reinstalled. It's working for me now. Of course the gig I was working on when it crashed yesterday only got 1 star but I guess I just have to live with that. I will update if the game crashes again.
I work for a consulting firm and I can assure it's too early to get any useful data from the survey. Depending on how many users actually completely it, it's most likely still in early stages of data collection. So as crap as this update is, it wasn't going to have anything to do with the survey.
