My boxes have been abysmal lately. Only one item again between both black boxes and a tile that should be in my daily boxes because all I get now is VIP. Why havenโt they been fixed? Itโs been months.ย

My diamonds and dyes were missing and now theyโre back but the 5 gold dye Kim gave us and 3 yellow I got from TB boxes are gone. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I wait or submit a ticket?ย
