Both your accounts are active and nothing is locked.

If you fail to login due to bad password or whatnot, the system locks your account for 15 minutes and displays that message for you on the screen.

If you have any other issues with purchases, please submit a ticket to Glu Customer Care and provide details instead of inappropriate language, it helps resolve the issue faster.
