Progress lost, and Glu claims they cannot restore it.

I made a thread in this forum about one of my problems, and Glu technical support responded to me via email. And they claim that they cannot restore my lost progress. If they cannot fix this loss of progress issue, I am pretty sure other gamers will not want to play this game any more.


My previous thread:
"I don't understand this. I played this gun for 4 hours straight. During that 4-hour period, I have closed and reopened the game several times and nothing happened. BUT I just closed the game from my iphone 5 multitasking bar AND everything I acquired in that 4-hour period is lost!!!! Someone please help me because I acquired several new armors and mods, leveled up and even bought a new gun that took me hours to get that money. Help will be greatly appreciated."
