i purchase gem but it's show me " we were unable to reach apple store. please verify your internet connection and try again later." and remove my money from cradit card (269.84$ is thai money 8000-9000 bath) and the svz2 have very more bug. i want SVZ2 or Glu Games Inc repay my money beacuse i uncollected gem. I don't need gem.

I highly suggest that you create a ticket so that it can be checked for you.

Many of us had the same problem--several threads in the other room--and we all submitted tickets to be told that Glu does not refund nor give the gems. iTunes also refuses to refund. So if you don't give all these players money back, or coins, or gems, you are admitting that you are actually cheating players. It's blatant fraud.

apple support refunded my money back but could not do anything about the gems. Call apple!

Listen all you have to do is turn off your iPhone or whatever you have then get back to the game and it should show up because it's actually a glitch and it's not glu fault
