i need help with glu coins

Hi its my first time here, i have a problem, my glu points are like a millon negative when i connect the phone to internet. I read some info and a possible problem is a hack, but i didnt hack any game before, my cellphone is new and its my only glu game. Please is there any form to fix it without loosing my progress?

You will need to file a ticket with customer support so they can look into your account to see what is going on. Personal information needs to be provided which cannot be done in the forums. Don't forget that multiple games share currency on Android. You may have had some other events happen in other games, that carries over to GB2 as well.
