Additional items(rings, necklases etc.)

Hey guys,

I have noticed, that our chars can have two additional items. As I understand they are rings, necklases.. And give us some additional stats.
Maybe someone know what are these items?
Can we only buy them in the store as special offer? Or there is a chance to get them without spending gems?
