Problemas com a ultima atualização!!

Olá, desde a nova atualização eu não consigo mais jogar o HoD, fica la baixando a atualização e nunca termina não é problema com a conexão pois eu já baixei outros jogos nesse período, gostaria de saber como resolver esse problema eu ja investi créditos nesse game e gostaria de continuar jogando ele sem perder minhas conquistas!! por favor me ajudem!!
