could we maybe get some kinda system, that trades in 10 amber for 1 saph, 10 saph for 1 em, so on

10 amethyst for 1 sapphire
10 sapphires for 1 emerald
10 emeralds for 1 ruby

Would end up equalling you getting 1 ruby for your 10,000 amber.....

It's tough when you are trying to get lvl 7-10 in each piece of gear but they made it that way soyou can never really finsh. Takes way too long to get to lvl 10 on all gear for even 1 character let alone all 4 you use or all of them lol.
