Upgrading Trinkets/Accessories/Whatever You Call Them

Recent information in another thread after testing (they used attack speed) came to the conclusion that effects do not stack meaning that having 2 accessories with the same bonus does not benefit the player (e.g. Having 2 20% dodge accessories will only give a 20% dodge bonus and a not 40% bonus) but in fact hinders them because it make said slot useless. Now to my idea. What I suggest is that we be able to upgrade the accessories a couple levels, say 3 or 4 levels with a little bit of a boost to the bonus.
