Do effects stack on an enemy? For example say I had Fel'mor and Leogan both equiped with ice weapons which cause slow (say 20% each) do their attacks on the same monster cause a slow effect of 40% or am I better served with equipping one of them with a Posion weapon. That being said can slow and defence reduction (Posion effect) be active at the same time?
