Level 12 Epic

If i Buy a level 12 Epic, does the hero comes with all additional skills points i spent using 5 gems or not?.

For example. Heroes normally start at elvel 1 with 1 skill point, i then double skill points at level 2 to have 3 points and so on.

So if i buy a level 12 epic hero, does it comes with 11*2 + 1 = 23 skill points or not???

Nope, you will get a hero with 1 skill point for each level. I have already made the mistake with buying a hero without bonus points. If i knew that before i would rather buy him level 1 and train him from scratch.

The level 12 will have no skills and items that are much worse that what you could buy with the extra gems/credits. Always buy level 1.
