Runic purple worse than blue

I know other people have mentioned it, but the runic upgrade system needs fixing.

I just took a pair of runic plate boots from blue with 27% block to purple with... +17 health.

Either fix the +health items to be a percentage of max health, or allow us to choose the bonus on runic items when evolving.

This game can be so frustrating at times.

This is true. I moved Tlanac's Palka from purple to orange the other day and it took a BIG step down in power. I have now bumped it to level 5 orange and it's a bit better than level 10 purple.

I have orange runic boots. I think it's the same for runic plate.
and its:
+block for blue
+health for purple
+health and block for orange
and amount is less when you evolve. but upgrade it and it will be better...

The idea is they have the same stad as the counterpart items of the same color and upgraded lvl. A lvl 10 purple has better def than a lvl 0 orange. But as you can also see it takes almost no items to get to lvl 1-2 for runic items just like it is easy to upgrade and item to lvl 1-2 as well and this goes on as well all the way to lvl 10.
