missing gem purchased

need help on my case

i have purchase larged gem package worth $19.99 last 10/05/13 to avail the weekend promo for nar'ghal. i noticed that there was no confirmation prompted on what i have purchased if successful or not so thought i didn't went. also i noticed that my current gem did not increase.

but yesterday dtd 10/08/13, itunes forwarded a confirm on my email with a confirmation receipt that my transaction was succesful and yet no change on my current gem except for the winning that i have got from mystery chest.

as of todAy i feel uncomfortable since i need that gem package for my hero upgrade and its sad that what i have purchase has not taken effect.

hope someone can help me on my case.
