please give me money back or warbucks

I spent 30 dollars for warbucks and the 50 percent bonus and never recieved anything. I sent a ticket and its been a week and still no reply. If I dont recieve my money or warbucks im definitely reporting you to the better business Bureau.

same here. out of no where I lost armor and mods but I got those back but the main thing is I lost 200 credits. I put in a ticket and no response . now out of no where I'm NEGATIVE 59 credits. I don't know how to make my own thread so I just replied here.. please help us glu I love your game but I want my credits or my credit card refunded . thank you

I bought "200 war bucks" a didn't get anything, how can i get my war bucks or money back????
