odar on sale all weekend on friends game not mine

I friends game shows odar on sale all weekend for my friend for 400credits but not on sale in my game.
Anyone know why this is?

No obvious reason stands out but here are a few factors which could affect it.
-timezone Just when a weekend starts/stops is affected by your clock
-online I've seen events not start up unless I restart the game while online.
-iOS vs Android ?? I'd tell you if I had a sale but I've already got Oda so no sale...

We are same time zone, he has the other new guy I don't that's only difference I see, I'll try restarting it see if that works
