Facebook account problem.

Long time ago I deleted my Facebook account and after some time I made a new one. And now, after I reseted my iPhone 4 iOS ( 7.0.4 ) and I went back to the game, out of my lost data, I can't login to my Facebook account. It says Facebook account conflict. How can I disconnect from my deleted Facebook account and connect to my new Facebook account?
