So today I got champion nobunaga from mystery box. Pretty exciting right? Well I went and checked what his new stats were, and it hasn't changed. I know champion makes it better for stats, but what would his new stats be? It's level 1 nobunaga champion. And I was wondering... Would that be better than my zato level 5? Thanks

Golden Allies - do 50% more damage and have twice the health of a regular ally. Someone mentioned that there might be 3 types of golden allies (one with improved damage, one with improved health and one with both).

When you summon one of your golden allies sometimes you get a normal one and sometimes you get a golden one. Unfortunately I can't tell you the frequency of receiving a golden ally and haven't kept stats, but it seems like it is about a third of the time or more. A level 5 Zato is better then a level 1 golden Nobunaga, but if they were both level 5 then the Nobunaga would be far better even without it being a golden champion. Below are the stats I have for the 2 characters so you can compare them. You'll see that Nobunaga costs a lot more gems, but when maxed out he has twice the health and does slightly more damage. He also engages the enemy while Zato doesn't attack until attacked.

So would using both of them as tanks with priest with rocky tman to help be a good strategy? (I use kunoichi) this seemed to work for everything else. (With lethargy and troop trample) I only don't have assassin and takeda shingen. ATM I'm at stage 51. Thanks for the info on em both too. I'll try to save for nobunaga upgrades.

Blitz

Almost everything works fine at that stage. I like using farmers as meat shields, but a golden Nobunga is the ultimate tank. I also like flash bomb a lot more than lethargy. Eventually the monsters will become so tough that it will seem like troop trample just bounces off them, but you have a long way to go before that happens. I'd recommend saving to get the masterful skill and making flash bomb your third skill. You can get a level 5 flash bomb without spending any gems. A level 5 flash bomb stuns everything for 7 seconds.
