I have playing about a week, and gotten the hang of most of it, but I don't what the "Angry citizens" are for or how to user them. I have looked everywhere on the web and forum can't find it anywhere. any info would helpful.

The angry citizens are the lowest enhancement card. You using it to train your gangsters.
