Buy an iTunes card and then use that.. Lots of places sell iTunes cards and they're likely to accept whatever payment method it is that you have (no idea what "one card" means).

PS: I'd highly suggest not spending money until they address the issues. They'll respond if their pocket suffers. Otherwise this game is gonna go downhill and fast.
