I can NOT play the game on both devices

in Gun Bros 2
Initially I play Gun Bros 2 on Nexus 7. Then I installed 2 Gun Bros on my phone LG G2. But now both on two machines can not play anymore, continuous error messages, even though I had to reinstall, sign out each device and play on other devices.
Expecting people to help.
