I cant start to play the game normaly. Please help

I downloaded this game yestarday and today I launched it. after the loadings, my guy was standing in front of a giant and there were inly 3 dots on a corner of the screen and then nothing. I cant do a thing. I watched on youtube that a fighr button is supposed to be there but theres not. what do i d? how do i start playing?. My phone is Gsmart alto a2. My friend has exacly the same phone but for him game worked fine...
