Game feels rigged

Especially the playoffs. I've had two home runs in the past wee, getting 95% singles. Just lost game two in playoffs at All Star level. Actually got 1 hit, in the 9th. Every time I hit the ball the defense was magically shifted to be in the exact spot....like the SS sitting behind 2nd base.

I get the feeling the designers only watched a few real games and went over the rules, but don't really understand the actual game.
