Tournament reward not received

The fire tournament just ended and I didn't get my tournament prize. I finished 53rd and didn't get the corresponding reward yet. Should I have received it already? If not, when are the rewards issued?

I just received my rewards in the mail, in the app. Check it, hopefully everyone else did too!

53rd?.. Then you must have monster XIII +...how did you get it?...please tell us...admin won't say ****

I didn't and still don't have level XIII monsters. I just built a good level XI team which was the highest rank I could create then I believe, and kept playing as much as I could. I used level XII creatures in the last tournament and did even better. It's all about having a good team, time, and persistence.
