region 5 problem

Was playing on region lvl 5. Did an update to app yesterday. After updated app software, opened game app again. App had me do free region page updates. Regions 2, 3 & 4 updated OK. Region 5 could not update. Said could not connect w/ server. Yet it had just finished updating lvl 4. If you do not have an answer then have no choose but to install app & start over.

Using a HTC DNA , unable to download region 5. ABLE to download and update regions 1-4. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix issue.

Bump on this. I sent in a trouble ticket. Basically any Android device I try will not download Region 5. Other regions (2,3,4,6,7) all download or pre-load as appropriate.
