Never got the bow series's or update to r9

Hi everyone never got the bow series's never got update to R9 anyone have any ideas? Playing on Apple iPad iOS 8.1.2 or should I open up a ticket? Thanks

I am still stuck at r8, and there's no any update on Google play store. I have no idea on it, is there any one can give me some help? Or should I need to send the ticket?
